We are a small family owned maple syrup producer in Upstate NY. (More specifically the Mohawk Valley) We focus on quality and freshness and create maple specialty items year round such as pure maple candies, granulated maple sugar, maple cream, bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, maple cinnamon-aged maple syrup, vanilla bean aged maple syrup, maple popcorn, maple baked goods, maple seasonings, maple & bacon dog treats, maple cotton candy and more. Each batch is handmade and handpacked by us in our licensed 20-C kitchen facility right at the sugarhouse.
Having been in business since 2007, we have made many changes from a few empty milk jugshanging on the trees to then buckets and gradually adding the tubing in the 40 acre woods. Maple syrup is made in the springtime of the year when a pattern of below freezing nightsand just above freezing days develop to let the maple trees create the pressure to push outthe fresh sap from the tap hole.
Our fresh maple products are sold at local farmer’s markets during the summer months. We have a retail store located in Clinton, NY and our products are also available in various other small businesses in the Upstate region.
